An example of Zone-Focus. I parked myself in a spot and waited for people to walk by. I set the focus to Manual and the pre-focused at the distance where people would be walking in front of me. As people walked by all I needed to do was worry about framing and timing the shot. With people walking, try to capture the in stride like this image creating the triangle.
